While Demi Lovato is off getting well, Disney is reworking her series, Sonny With A Chance.According to Variety, the writers on Sonny will center their writing efforts on So Random! sketches. So Random! will feature guest stars, comedy sketches, musical performances and digital shorts — a teen SNL!
A Disney Channel spokeswoman shared about the situation, “This allows her the time she needs to get well, without distraction or pressure. Again, we extend our ongoing support to Demi and her family as she works to overcome personal issues.”
This is a temporary situation as the show goes back into production in January.
